As a student I understand that things happen and that we get busy and we just don't have enough time in the day to do all that we want to do. That's why TSI is here to help at the school down in room 139, we are a team that is put together to help when you break your Chromebook or just need it charged.
Recently we installed a charging station so that when you forget to charge your Chromebook the night before school, you can bring it to the TSI room and we can charge it up and in its place give you a loaner Chromebook. A half hour charge gets you about a 3 hour battery life (Which isn't a bad charge ratio) also, if you break something on the Chromebook please, we are encouraging you, bring it to TSI we are equipped to handle these types of problems.
Along with this please don't tamper with the casing or any of the hardware of the Chromebook because it will be harder for us to fix it if you do not know what you are doing and if you break something else while taking the Chromebook apart that will mean you have to pay for a new one to replace the one you broke (which no one wants to do and no one wants to spend that much money) so to avoid that just bring it to us.
