TIps to keep you from breaking your screens and your chromebook!

Hey IVC High School, TSI has had a lot of broken screens coming in lately.  We have an idea/solution to help reduce the number of broken screens that we are receiving.

Step One:  DO NOT OVERLOAD THE CHROMEBOOK BAG
-This has been something that has been breaking a few screens already.  Because if you stick stuff in the pockets of the bag and push down or drop the bag that stuff is gonna push through the padding of the bag and push against you chromebook.  Which can lead to broken stuff!

Step Two:  Put the bottom of your chromebook towards your outside pocket of your chromebook.
-This kinda goes hand to hand with step number one, if you do overload your bag this is something to prevent you from breaking your screen.

Step Three:  Do not leave your chromebook on the charger all the time!
-This is a new problem that we have been faced with, we have had chromebooks that students have brought in and said ¨It won´t charge.¨ We have found a solution that works about 75% of the time to fix the problem but it is not always reliable, so I am asking you to unplug it from the charger as soon as it is done so you
don't fry your battery.

If you ever have any questions come on down to the TSI room or email us at ivctsi@ivcschools.com.
