What we are doing to keep our loaner chromebooks and repairs in order

For the past week TSI has been hit with a puzzling problem, we had to find a way to catalog all of our repairs and keep track of our loaner chromebooks.  I had taken it upon myself to help devise a solution.  When I got home I went straight into my room and sat at my desk and ran through my "What would be something that could break?"  From there I made a list that allows you to select what is broken, whether or not it needs to be sent back to dell to have them fix a manufacturer problem, and the info of the replacement chromebook that is given to you.

Just today I created another form that allows us to track our loaner chromebooks, these are the chromebook that are given to you if you forgot your chromebook at home, and this allows us to track how many chromebooks have been loaned out for the day and then are returned back at the end of the day.  In all we are doing our best to keep our services available and to help you as much as we can and to help with the little things in life that happen, such as broken screens, broken headphone jacks, and other things that just are out of our control.  With this I hope to help you guys in any way I can and do anything in my power to help make those small things that happen, not be so big.
